Born in1976 in Mogilev region, Belarus.

Graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University (1998, summa cum laude), postgraduate course at Belarusian State University (2010), Special Faculty at Minsk State Linguistic University (2010), Courses at Cambridge University (2020).

1998 Legal Adviser of the Legal Division, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Belarus.

1999 Second Secretary of the General Directorate of Treaties and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

1999-2001 Legal observer of the Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Kosovo (Yugoslavia).

2002 First Secretary of the General Directorate of Treaties and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

2002-2003 Counsellor of the General Directorate of Treaties and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

Since November 19, 2020 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Has the diplomatic rank of  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary envoy of the second class.

Speaks English and German.

Married. Has a son.
