Ambassador of Belarus A.Metelitsa met Adviser to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Commerce and Investment

On October 29, 2021 Ambassador of Belarus to Pakistan met with Abdul Razak Dawood, Adviser to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Commerce and Investment with the status of the Federal Minister of Commerce, Chairman of the Pakistani part of the Joint Belarusian-Pakistani Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.


During the meeting the Sides assessed the current state and prospects of bilateral trade and economic cooperation as well as preparation for the sixth Session of the Joint Belarusian-Pakistani Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
Special attention was paid to the events planned in the near future, in particular, the National Exposition of Belarus and the business forum within the frame of the International Trade and Industry Fair in Karachi on November 16-18, 2021, as well as the programmes of the national pavilions of the Sides at EXPO 2020 in Dubai.
Mutual interest in increasing trade turnover and developing economic cooperation between Belarus and Pakistan has been reiterated.
