Ambassador of Belarus A.Metelitsa meets with the Director General (Europe-II)

On June 18, 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa held a meeting with the Director General (Europe-II) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan Shahbaz Hussain.

During the meeting, the Ambassador informed on the criminal attack on a civilian bus carrying Belarusian citizens, including children, that took place on June 17, 2026, in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. As a result, a Belarusian citizen was killed and eight people, including six minors, were injured.

The Director General expressed condolences over the death of the Belarusian citizen, and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
