Ambassador of Belarus A.Metelitsa took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the monument to Yuri Gagarin

On April 12, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the monument to Yuri Gagarin, which took place in Fatima Jinnah Park on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the first human space flight.

The event was attended by Ambassadors of the CIS countries, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, the Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission, and the Capital Development Authority.

On the sidelines of the event A.Metelitsa held a brief conversation with the Additional Secretary (Europe) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Aisha Ali.
