Ambassador of Belarus met with the Minister of National Food Security and Research of Pakistan

On February 24, 2021 Ambassador of Belarus Andrei Metelitsa meet with the Federal Minister of National Food Security and Research of Pakistan, Said Fakhar Imam.

At the meeting the interlocutors exchanged views on the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture. In particular, on the increase in mutual supplies of food to the markets of both countries, mechanization and scientific research in agricultural sphere.

The main topic of the discussion was the issue of preparation for the fifth meeting of the inter-ministerial working group on cooperation in the field of agriculture in Minsk, where the Sides plan to consider a wide range of topical issues of cooperation between the two countries in such an important area for Belarus and Pakistan.

The Sides confirmed their readiness to work together and agreed to maintain contacts to resolve current issues of bilateral cooperation.
